What should not be done after Botox:
For two weeks after the procedure, it is not recommended to visit a sauna, swimming pool, or solarium, and sun exposure should be avoided. For 3-4 hours, avoid lying down or tilting your head forward. Do not touch the injection area. For 24 hours, avoid using cosmetics. For one week after the procedure, reduce the intake of liquids, salty, and spicy food. For two weeks, refrain from physical exercises and massage sessions. Certain antibiotics and B vitamins can speed up the removal of botulinum toxin from the body. Chemical peels should not be performed earlier than two weeks after the procedure.
